What we collect

The request form asks for your name, phone number, property address, and optional request details. It may also record the page, referrer, and campaign parameters that brought you here. A hidden anti-spam field is used to reduce automated submissions.

How your request is used

Submission permits Fort St. John Furnace & Boiler to contact you by phone about the request. Provider-sharing consent is recorded as false. Your information is not shared with an independent heating provider unless you later give separate permission; submitting the form does not itself provide that permission.

Storage and choices

A successful submission is stored in a central first-party lead system. Analytics events contain the site, form, page, and method only—not your name, phone, address, or message. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a submitted request, use the request page.
